Redruth Brewery founded in 1742 and once home of the infamous Newquay Steam Beer is currently being transformed into the Cornish Archive Centre as well as providing workshops, houses and public space. Kemp in association with Morcom and Cormac assisted with engineering setting out of the enabling and infra structure works in 2015. TEC Construction are currently demolishing redundant structures whilst Kemp are providing precise weekkly monitoring of the historic elements of the site. A UAV drone was employed by Kemp to carry out a condition check of the central chimney structure.
