Following a rigourous tender process, based on both quality and cost, Kemp have come out on top and been chosen as the surveyors of choice by Cornwall Council (Cormac). The framework contract to provide detailed topographic surveys will run for up to four years and again demonstrates that Kemp are at the forefront of the survey industry in the region.
